TapBlaze is looking for a senior game designer to help guide the design of new game mechanics and events for our hit game, Good Pizza, Great Pizza. The qualified individual has experience and passion for driving game design at all stages from conception through live ops.If you have great attention to detail, are creative and ambitious, and player focused please apply.

Responsibilities

• Design, iterate, and evaluate game features and game content that drive player engagement, retention, and monetization
• Concept, design and realize new events
• Write and maintain living design documents for use by design, production, development, and QA
• Develop new concepts and game pitches for the studio
• Ensure that all game concepts, design documents are well organized and easy to update/understand by the team

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in mobile free-to-play game design, including at least 2 years on a game in live-ops
• Expert economic modeling and balance skills
• Big Plus: Interactive story, simulation, roguelike, or blockchain game design experience.
• Conceptualized an original game that has been published or desire to do so is a big plus
